How Axiom investors make more through lower expenses.

Axiom Investor Clients don’t pay a surcharge on maintenance services and we don’t have an in-house maintenance staff either. This is important because it means we’re not making money as you’re losing money. We don’t make any money off of your normal maintenance services. What our investor clients pay, is all paid directly to the vendor doing the work. With no monetary incentive, Axiom schedules only the maintenance that’s needed. Nothing less, nothing more. *Averages for market rates are a weighted average of $35/hr for basic maintenance and $80 for professional maintenance services with 80% of the work performed being basic maintenance and 20% being done by professionals. Axiom average about $20/hr for basic maintenance and negotiates discounted rates with many professional services for around $55-$65/hr.

How Axiom investors make more “other income”.

Tenants like the idea of additional services and they’re often very willing to pay for them. What they really want is value and good service. Axiom looks for ways to increase value by offering an a la carte service to tenants. This 1. Gives tenants what they want and 2. Brings the owner a little extra cash flow. We’re also strict on enforcing late fee policies to ensure owners are paid on time and if not, well, let’s just say the extra cash flow is nice.
